Overview

Jack is a practical, disciplined, and versatile litigator who represents individuals and businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters.  He is a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Property Tax & Valuation, Municipal, Securities, and Higher Education Groups.

A firm believer in a client-centered approach to litigation, Jack collaborates with his clients to achieve efficient and sensible results. Jack is a skilled advocate and case manager who, through his work with the Boston College Civil Litigation Clinic, has represented underserved clients in a variety of litigation matters, including housing, family, and consumer protection. He developed strong writing, communication, and research skills while serving as a summer law clerk for the U.S. District of Massachusetts and as an editor for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest, a practitioner-focused law journal that analyzes complex commercial litigation matters in a concise manner. Before earning his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, Jack gained extensive experience in public policy, working in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill, with the Connecticut General Assembly, and with various advocacy organizations. He is a proud Connecticut native.
