On February 27th, 2025, Attorney Jonathan (Jack) Fazzino will be a panelist at the YLS Section Diversity Dinner sponsored by the Connecticut Bar Association. The panel discussion “The Current State of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” will navigate the challenges to DEI, how companies, law firms, and communities are responding, and how members of the legal profession can become more involved. This program will explore proposed laws and policies in Connecticut and their impact on communities throughout the State.

Jack routinely advises municipalities, large and small businesses, elected officials, homeowners, landlords, and common interest communities through complex legal situations. He represents clients in commercial disputes, tax appeals, quiet title cases, election complaints, eminent domain proceedings, landlord/tenant actions, municipal enforcement, foreclosures, and collections.
Jack was recognized by Best Lawyers in America® "Ones to Watch," for Commercial Litigation (2024-2025) and Connecticut Super Lawyers® as a “Rising Star” for State and Local & Municipal (2022-2024). Jack is currently serving his second term as a democratic state representative for the 83rd District, which covers parts of Berlin, Cheshire, and Meriden. Jack has secured a leadership opportunity as the Vice Chair of the Judiciary Committee, which has cognizance over most issues affecting the legal profession, including judicial confirmations, court operations, probate matters, and uniform laws. Jack earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, his M.A. from Georgetown University, and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
