In 2020, the Firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee established a Lunch & Learn Series. Our goal in launching the Series was to bring members of our Firm community together to learn something new from various guest speakers and discuss important topics such as implicit bias, discrimination, and racism. Throughout the series, we’ve discovered a variety of ways to make the legal field more inclusive, we’ve had impactful discussions about current events, and we’ve discovered a means to engage with and celebrate various cultures including some that are not yet represented among our ranks.

The Firm has been fortunate to host numerous esteemed guests including practitioners from across the country, government officials, judges, educators, and community leaders. The true success of our Lunch & Learn Series lies with those who have joined us for these important conversations, and we are tremendously grateful. Created, in part, as a way to unite the Firm when everyone was working remotely during the height of the Covid pandemic, our Lunch & Learn Series remains a popular program for members of our Firm and we look forward to continued learning, conversation, understanding, and engagement.
