Overview

Tatiana is a Principal in Cohen and Wolf's Trusts & Estates, Elder Law, and Tax groups. She represents individual clients looking to develop and implement estate plans that preserve and transmit assets while meeting personal and family goals.  In addition to Tatiana’s experience in estate planning and estate administration, she assists her clients in navigating elder law issues, such as conservatorships, supplemental needs trusts and Medicaid applications. 

Tatiana serves on the Executive Committee and the CLE Committee of the Estates and Probate Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and is a member of Plan of Connecticut, a Connecticut-based organization that administers special needs trusts.

Tatiana is a graduate of Class II of the New England Fellows Institute of the American College of Trusts and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). In 2022, Tatiana was the recipient of a "New Leader in the Law" award by the Connecticut Law Tribune.

Tatiana is resident in the firm’s Bridgeport office.
