Overview
Tatiana represents individual clients looking to develop and implement estate plans that preserve and transmit assets while meeting personal and family goals. In addition to her experience in estate planning and estate administration, Tatiana assists her clients in navigating elder law issues, such as conservatorships, supplemental needs trusts and Medicaid applications.
Tatiana is a member of Plan of Connecticut, a Connecticut-based organization that administers special needs trusts.
