Peter represents businesses, families, and individuals in a variety of real estate and corporate matters. He advises clients on real estate purchases and sales, contract drafting, leasing, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial financing transactions.
Peter successfully advocates for his clients and works diligently to develop business and legal solutions to achieve their goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Peter has extensive experience representing clients in Connecticut and New York, primarily in Manhattan and Brooklyn, where he has represented hundreds of clients in the purchase and sale of real property. Peter has represented several condominium and cooperative building Boards in New York in a variety of corporate and real estate matters.
