Attorney Piotr Okragly Joins Cohen and Wolf, P.C.

The law firm of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Piotr (Peter) Okragly, Associate, to the firm’s Real Estate and Business & Corporate Groups. He is resident in the firm’s Bridgeport office.

Peter advises clients on real estate purchases and sales, contract drafting, leasing, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial financing transactions.

Peter has extensive experience representing clients in Connecticut and New York, primarily in Manhattan and Brooklyn, where he has represented hundreds of clients in the purchase and sale of real property. Furthermore, Peter has represented several condominium and cooperative building Boards in New York in a variety of corporate and real estate matters.

Peter earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law where he was Senior Staff Writer for the New York Real Property Law Journal and Chapter Treasurer of the Bankruptcy Law Society. He obtained his B.A. and M.A. from St. John’s University.
