Overview

Jill serves as Of Counsel to the firm’s Municipal, Appellate, Land Use & Zoning, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Property Tax & Valuation, and Probate Litigation practice groups. Jill has experience in administrative, municipal, and real estate law. She represents individuals, businesses, municipalities, and nonprofits in all aspects of appellate and civil litigation.

With her breadth of experience, Jill understands the complex issues her clients face. She is committed to navigating her clients carefully through the litigation process while achieving their goals. Jill aims to give her clients careful, deliberate advice and dedicated advocacy.

After taking time off from her legal practice to raise her two children, Jill returns to the practice of law with unique experience in local government, having served as a representative on the legislative body of her hometown for nearly a decade. Jill’s experience at the town level ranges from tax relief and affordable housing to noise, blight, and other nuisance issues.

Before attending law school, Jill worked on civil rights related cases at the U.S. Department of Justice; judicial nominations at the Office of the Counsel to the President at The White House; and a variety of tax, intellectual property, and other claims against the federal government at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
