Cohen and Wolf Widely Recognized in Benchmark Litigation Publications

Cohen and Wolf, P.C. has once again been recognized by Benchmark Litigation, in its just-released 2012 editions. The firm’s litigation department is ranked as “Recommended” in all three publications – Benchmark Litigation, Benchmark Plaintiff and Benchmark Appellate. 

Eight individual Cohen and Wolf litigators have been designated as “Stars” in the publications, which identify the leading litigation firms and lawyers in the United States.

Released by the publishers of Institutional Investor, Benchmark focuses exclusively on litigation in the U.S. Recommendations are based on interviews with the nation’s leading private practice lawyers and in-house counsel.

The Cohen and Wolf lawyers ranked in the 2012 Benchmark Litigation guides are David Ball, Stewart Edelstein, Ari Hoffman, Stuart Katz, Gary Phelan, Richard Slavin, Joseph Walsh, and David Zabel.

Benchmark Litigation’s rankings were generated based on extensive interviews with litigators and their clients, which examine recent casework handled by the firms and professional opinions on litigators practicing within their state or national practice areas to identify the firms and lawyers who have displayed the ability to consistently handle complex, high-stakes cases in multiple jurisdictions.
