Robyn H. Drucker

Robyn is a Co-Chair of the firm's Business & Corporate and Real Estate Groups.  Robyn represents public, private, and emerging companies, educational institutions, and individuals on complex business transactions and employment matters.  In her transactional practice, Robyn regularly assists clients with structuring, negotiating, and closing commercial transactions, ranging from commercial loans and corporate mergers and acquisitions, to commercial real estate purchases, sales, and leasing.  Robyn also provides guidance to employers in the drafting and implementation of employee policies and procedures, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and independent contractor arrangements.  

Practical and thoughtful, Robyn recognizes the importance of a thorough understanding of her clients’ businesses and their needs. She works hand-in-hand with clients to develop and deliver innovative solutions that achieve business objectives while balancing legal risks.  As a result of the diverse range of clients and matters she manages, Robyn has an in-depth understanding of the implications of each deal on various aspects of the business she represents, including employment matters, business succession issues and both securing and protecting intellectual property.

Robyn currently serves as the Chair of the firm’s Recruitment & Retention Committee.
