Overview

Christian is a dedicated litigator, handling a wide variety of criminal and civil matters. His criminal defense practice includes representation of individuals accused of violating state and federal laws ranging from juvenile and student matters, domestic incidents, motor vehicle offenses, and controlled substance violations, to assault, embezzlement, trafficking, computer crimes, firearms offenses, and homicide. In matters of personal injury, Christian represents individuals who have suffered injury and loss caused by another’s careless, reckless, or, criminal acts, including motorcycle and motor vehicle accidents, premises defects, negligent supervision, and hazardous conditions. Christian has also represented individuals and corporations in commercial, contract, and complex litigation. In addition, he represents individuals in administrative hearings with the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Active in his community, Christian has served two terms on the Ansonia/Milford Grievance Panel (2007-2013). He is currently serving on the Town of Orange Board of Education where he chairs the Buildings and Grounds/Safety and Security Committee and co-chairs the Board’s Policy Committee.

Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, Christian was a partner in the Law Offices of Young and Riccio.
