Richard J. Diviney Joins Cohen and Wolf, P.C.

The law firm of Cohen and Wolf, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Richard J. Diviney.

Richard is Of Counsel to the Firm's Trusts & Estates group.

Richard specializes in providing comprehensive legal solutions for individuals and families in matters concerning asset management, estate planning, and probate administration. With expertise in drafting wills, trusts, and other essential documents, Richard is committed to safeguarding clients' assets and ensuring that their estate planning goals are fulfilled.

Richard’s approach to trust administration and probate guidance ensures that the process is as smooth and efficient as possible. Richard also offers strategic advice on asset protection and estate tax planning, aiming to preserve and maximize the value of clients' wealth for future generations. 

Richard graduated from Quincy College and received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.  Prior to joining Cohen and Wolf, he was a partner at the law firm of Sherwood & Garlick, P.C. located in Westport, Connecticut.
