As Chair of the firm’s Employment Counseling & Litigation Group, Stuart represents employers of all sizes in defending a wide range of discrimination and harassment suits as well as litigating restrictive covenant, breach of contract, and wage claims. Stuart also represents professionals and executives in matters relating to their employment. Stuart serves on several the firm’s management committees and chairs its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. This committee has undertaken a number of initiatives aimed at promoting greater diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal field, and at Cohen and Wolf.

David’s practice is devoted to the legal relationships involving healthcare entities and the entrepreneurial professionals who comprise them. David previously served as the Chair of Cohen and Wolf’s Business and Corporate Group for over 20 years, and currently chairs the firm’s Physicians' Practice Group. Additionally, he actively practices in the Real Estate and Commercial Finance Practice Groups. David 's expertise lies in pragmatic, detail-oriented dealmaking, where he dedicates a significant portion of his practice to orchestrating, negotiating, and documenting transactions, particularly focusing on legal relationships in healthcare.
