Attorney Suzanne Sutton will discuss the impacts and legal ramifications of sexual harassment and strategies for recognizing and preventing harmful conduct and building a culture of respect. Sexual harassment was recognized as an unlawful form of sex discrimination in the 1980s. Thirty years later, the rise of the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements have shown that sexual harassment has continued to thrive in the workplace and in society at large.
