Attorney Ann Fowler-Cruz  to Present on Legal Tools and Strategies for Senior Planning at Staying Put in New Canaan

On October 10th, Attorney Ann Fowler-Cruz will be presenting “Legal Tools and Strategies for Staying Put” during an annual meeting at Staying Put in New Canaan. Ann will discuss the legal documents that “speak for you when you are unable,” such as Powers of Attorney, Health Care Instructions, Wills and Trusts. Her presentation will also cover the various housing options available as we age (including the different types of home care agencies), options to finance long-term care, and possible asset protections strategies.

The event is free and open to all. Wine and appetizers will be served.
